In addition to the qualifications and memberships listed below, 

I undertake regular (monthly) supervision with Coaching and Mentoring Services, to reflect, challenge and continuously develop my practice (and I highly recommend their training if you are interested in learning about NLP!).

As a Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor, I am Licensed by Mental Health First Aid England and can safely and appropriately support and signpost* for common mental health issues such as:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Suicide

  • Psychosis

  • Self-harm

  • Eating disorders
